La décoration de l appartement t , la superficie de l appartement Les literies des chambres nickel Le propriétaire qui est très aimable et essaye de nous arranger à chaque fois Le chauffeur de la résidence très très aimable et arrangeant

La machine à laver était HS nous ne le savions pas donc on a fait tourner et ça a gâté nos habits. Le compteur faisait que de sauter même si il n y avait pas beaucoup d électro branché et c était très dérangeant car obligé toutes les 5 mn de le remettre en marche . Il était difficile aussi pour les yango ou livreurs de trouver la résidence même avec la localisation mais ça doit être dû au fait que ce soit une nouvelle résidence dans un endroit où ça se construit encore

L’appartement était très très propre ,l accueil chaleureux le personnel à l’écoute

Nous avons tout aimé ,nous étions 3femmes et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité dans un pays que nous ne connaissions pas

Bonjour, L’établissement était tout simplement comme je m’y attendais. L’hôte, Mohamed, était génial, à l’écoute et surtout disponible à n’importe quel moment.

I did not enjoy anything about this apartment

I have met one of the most unhelpful and disrespectful individuals I know. My booking was confirmed on booking.com and everything. I contacted them on WhatsApp, booking, and via email, to extend my stay by 1 day and they took for ever to respond. I asked for the location if the actual place and the host keep me going around circles. She contacted the other number she provided and it was another lady working for her who is even worse. On the day of my trip, I was driving from Gambia which was the day I was meant to check in. I texted them letting them know that I was on my way and asked for the address they keep sending me back and forth. I had to go to Google Translate write to them then translate it in French for us to understand each other while driving. They told me the apartment was flooded and it might not be ready. The lady I was talking to told me to speak to the host about it. The host said the apartment should be ready and not to worry. An hour before check in she told me they would cancel the booking cause the apartment is not ready. I had to book some where else while driving. The lady said she would help me find another apartment when I get there but never sent me the actual location cause the one on booking is not even it. They sent me around circles just to cancel my booking
