Good location near city centre. Good back garden area to sit out. Good spacious kitchen dining area. Safe place to park the car.

Sofas were uncomfortable. Right hand door out to back garden was difficult to close and lock as seemed to be slightly out of line and had to be lifted slightly when closing. Only one dish towel available and no dustpan and brush.

Deducting from the Security Deposit, just for leaving few packaging and wraps on the table, I consider as robbing someone. Since the money is in Property owners hand, we are not in a position to challenge. If you really prove that we have broken or damaged some of your items, we can accept the deduction. If this is the way Prim Shortstay operates, I have to really mention that this is really disappointing approach. Other minor issues are : sofa is hard and not comfortable. TV doesn't have channels.

unable to use the garden full of weeds dirty furniture and trip hazards. all windows locked (fire hazard)only 1 patio door would open.Furniture very poor and broken, bathroom door handle broken and floors damaged bedside cabinets all damaged. compared to the two houses either side of us we felt like the poor relation.

The location within the city was great and also the fact that we had a space for parking. Also the cleanliness was good.

The building, its equipment and furniture are of basic quality and show quite some wear and tear, despite the building being relatively new.

Absolutely disgusting property, bedsheets were stained as well as cracked walls dirt stains on walls and carpet. The prooerty pictures are desceptive as its in a rough area of nottingham.
