"Pleasant"

Location excellent. Good parking. Clean. Kitchen well equipped .

A few minor maintenance issues, bedroom door handle loose and toilet roll holder loose in bathroom.

"Nice location but disappointing as a holiday home."

Within easy walking distance of Nottingham. Washing machine with dryer.

1, Sofa was un-sittable upon. No padding at all. We had to dry (as it had been raining) the garden furniture cushions and bring a garden chair in so that we could sit down. Only other seating was hard wooden benches. 2, Kitchen was ill equipped with no decent coffee cups and a very small assortment of cobbled together glasses from very large to very small. No wine glasses and no decent water tumblers. Only 3 side plates. We had to borrow wine glasses and tumblers from a friend. 3, No extras provided that are usually necessary to make life easier in the kitchen e.g. paper towel, cling film, dishwasher tabs. 4, Lack of general maintenance, lots of scuff marks on walls and skirting boards giving a dirty and unloved appearance. Carpet in front bedroom with lots of dirty marks and burn marks. 4. No instructions for appliances including the tv which we couldn't figure out how to use.

The property was very clean and tidy with new beddings and towels, being on the side road it was very peaceful, we would definitely book it again next time in Nottingham

The sofas and the mattress was a bit soft

It was clean, great location, house was beautiful, definitely would love to stay there again when I come back to Nottingham

The master bedrooms bed was a bit broke when we arrived but it was nothing serious
