A lot. The house was in very poor condition. The bed and sofa in particular were broken and barely usable. We sent a much longer list of problems to the owner and left the place early because it was unbearable.

Close to City centre and well connected with local transport which was just a minute walk from house

The sofa set need replacement as it was badly worn out and not suitable to sit on. We had to place double quilt to make it bearable.

Location was good for trams and city. Bedding was clean.

House is tired needs decorating Roller blinds in main bedroom had no string so had to manually rill the blind up and down. Laminate on side of dining room table peeling off. Sofa was filthy and very uncomfortable to sit on. Downstairs toilet seat loose. Blinds on French doors broken. Paint in main bathroom peeled off wall around basin.

Only location to be fair.

We rented for a few day and water leaking on ths celling also no eletrictity for over a day. We stay with the kids and hard to live thers without eletricity. We tried to contact staff management they are so slow and respond so late. Sl dissapointed

Convenient to city

Carpet and flooring is dirty with lots of stains. Walls need a paint as they’re dirty and scratched . Floor creaks. Dirty outside too with weeds.

Looked nothing like the picture, seating in lounge very uncomfortable
