Ezzel’s Place at Marina Spatial Dumaguete City

Clean. Spacious bathroom. Very accomodating. Perfect place to stay with family. We got to cook and rest well close to everything in the city.

The property has everything you need including things for cooking and cleaning the whole unit.

Good access to the facilities (pool/gym etc). Good entertainment connectivity in the room. Good kitchen setup Plenty of space.

Great location (near restaurants, seaside), good security, clean facilities, responsive host

incomplete kitchen utensils (had to bring our own frying pan -- the one provided was too thin); door knobs were a bit loose -> maybe needs reinforcement/replacement

The place looks so nice, neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very near to restaurants.

Lack of a bedside lamp and maybe a rag in the CR.

Complete facilities, clean unit, with complete kitchen utilities and cooking materials. With cleaning materials too including rugs, brooms, trashbags, dishwashing.

Plug for lamp is not working well. Need fix.

The place has comfortable beds and the location is very accessible with a lot of restaurants nearby.

There was no trash can in the bathroom.
