Probably the best location if you want to explore Dumaguete. Near to everything :) just in front of Cafe Racer. They even have a parking space for 1 car or (2) motorcycles

Everything is perfect, except for the bathroom bidet and the curtains/blind. It’s too bright when the sun’s out hehe

"Comfortable place to stay in Dumaguete"

The booking was for my daughter and niece. It was a nice experience for them, and special requests were granted, particularly the late arrival time and extension of an hour for check-out.

The security guard was misled with the information and name of booked clients until it was clarified based on the booking given names of guests. Ultimately, it was settled.

The place is very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. It’s equipped with kitchen materials.

I think the pinned location (attached maps is incorrect). But the address written is perfect.
