Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking

The location was central and the parking secure Spacious apartment though there were signs of wear and tear , so obviously popular Bedding and towels good quality Staff very responsive when we needed them

Some of the kitchen could have done with a bit of an update but no real issues. We couldn’t find a tea towel or oven gloves which would have been useful.

The location, communication and instructions were clear and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable too.

The window in the living did not shut properly. As we were located directly above Hooters this was very noisy at times. Due to the weather it was also very drafty, so we had to ensure the heaters were on. There was a toe nail on the sofa bed, as there were 3 of us, 1 of our party chose to sleep on a sofa bed. There was an unusual smell in the hallway only of the apartment. Everytime we entered the apartment it would be apparent, but we could not find the source of this: it was a damp mixed with tobacco smell, unsure if this was impacted by the window below as most smokers stood there? The doors have wood-look film / sticker on them, these were peeling on some doors. The worst was the door inside the bedroom with the en-suite. There was no smalll bin in the en-suite, only in the main bathroom.

The apartment is well equiped and clean, has large bathrooms and good heating.

- Water heater was set on timer and then never switched on after the first morning. Tried calling the help line number but after the first call there was no response due to weekend. - The beds are comfortable but creek a lot due to metal structure. - There was no iron in the apartment plus the ironing stand was broken and not useable. - The FOB provided did not work at the Property entry and parking which was extremely inconvenient. This was reported on the help line, however no favourable response.

It was a very easy walk to the centre.

There was no hot water or when there was, there wasn’t enough for the number of guests.

We had an incredible time at Nottingham ! The location was ideal, the space was spotless and stylish, and Sha and Harry were an exceptional host. From prompt communication to thoughtful extras, every detail exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to return – highly recommend this place.
