Hotel Sita Where Every Stay Tells a Story of Kashi

Not that good in terms services.. and not clean at all...people are not well spoken .. also mis information given about the hotel.. there are other far better hotels available at the same price

chambre et surtout salle de bain vraiment vieillote, d'où un rapport qualité / prix discutable (malgré l'emplacement exceptionnel)

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is right on the Ganges river.

Cleanliness is bad and shower is not running good. We had to change our room for that and insects bit me when I woke up. Just the same with our new room but a little bit better.

Best place to stay in varanasi near ghat and in the center of the city would recommend anyone travelling varanasi should visit here and also they have a wounderful cafe looking ganga with amazing food

We had the a la carte option and the food was ok. The location is fabulous

The location is inaccessible by car and only cycle rickshaws reach a place from where they escort us through a maze of narrow alleys. to the hotel. It is very difficult to find way alone. Once we reach the hotel, it is OK. Another disadvantage is the very big steps leading down to the river. I must thank the hotel for running after me to give me the forgotten wallet on checking out.

Sanjay was such a great guide. So knowledgeable! He took us to see all cultural sites in varanasi old town and pointed out points of interest. He recommended us on local food, drinks, history, way of life in India. He explained this very clearly and didn’t feel rushed. We had private tour just us a couples very good English and didn’t expect us to buy anything along the way! We ended the trip with delicious food on the roof top of the Ganges view cafe. Had nice chai and biryani.

dispite bad reviews in bookin and others we had an excellent stay - the rooftop is perfect for watching Ganges rooms are ok - not perfectly clean but very good for Varanasi. They have a ver@ friendly experienced guide - Sanjay Nepali who helps in every situation
