Hotel Sita Where Every Stay Tells a Story of Kashi

Great location!1 Very helpful staffs!!

In my three nights stay, TV did not work at all. Hotel was blaming the service provider but the bottomline is that we felt cheated. This is SIMPLY NOT DONE!!

Right on Chausatthi ghat. You can take a dip in the river Ganges and walk up to the hotel. You get amazing views of the ghat from most of the rooms and terrace.

Many things 1. Access via ghat is easy, but a long walk from nearest accessible road, which is challenging if you have luggage and kids 2. Rooms are small with barely enough space to walk around. 3. Rooms aren’t clean either including washrooms. Ours had a bathtub that was clogged 4. 0 amenities 5. Very less staff, even during peak dev deepawali period 6. Extreeeeeeemely slow service both at restaurant and any room service request you might have. 7. Price on booking.com offered was 2.5x of what they were offering to walk-ins. So felt completely duped. 8. Not at all worth the price

The hotel location is wonderful with beautiful sights to the ghats.

It’s a very old hotel that lacks proper maintenance. The rooms are dusty and not clean, and at times there’s no running water. I even had to move to another hotel (and, of course, they didn’t refund my money). There are also insects in the rooms. Definitely not recommended.

Понравилось месторасположение, но необходимо учесть при заезде, что к самому отелю машина не подъедет, и Вам необходимо воспользоваться услугами рикши, с этим проблем нет, ребят таких много и они очень отзывчивы. Отель расположен в лучшем месте старинного города, с красивым видом на реку и на части города.

Для такого города как Варанаси, все было ОК.

Потрясающий вид, ради которого можно не обращать внимания на недостатка.

I stayed at Hotel Sita Palace in Varanasi for four days, and to say it was excellent would be an understatement. Every staff member was extremely polite, courteous, and well-mannered. Whatever I requested was promptly arranged. In fact, when the geyser in my brother’s room was not working properly, they immediately shifted him to an even better room at the same rate. The rooftop restaurant is simply unparalleled. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner while admiring the serene beauty of the Ganga River. Just step down from the hotel, and you reach the Ganga Ghat, from where you can take a boat ride to enjoy the enchanting view of the river and the evening Aarti. The hotel has an automatic lift, so there’s absolutely no difficulty in moving up and down. The quality of food is also excellent. If I ever visit Banaras again, I will definitely stay at Hotel Sita Palace once more. And for Bengali visitors, there’s an added advantage — the hotel has Bengali staff members like Sourav Chakraborty and Bishu, who speak and understand Bengali very well. Overall, I would rate this hotel five out of five.

Worst experience.. Leakage in Entire bathroom No water in any of the tap in the morning for 4 hours... Cleaneess is pathetic Aproach to the hotel is horrible.. Waste of 18000 😪🙏
