Hotel Sita Where Every Stay Tells a Story of Kashi

Location was awesome. Food was good.

That you had to lug your suitcase a good 12 mins to get to the hotel.

Location is great. Right on the ghat. Few minutes walk to Vishwanath temple express corridor. The room had a view of the ghat. The hotel manager arranged for our bags to be taken to a place where we could get an auto and he also arranged for a taxi. Very helpful, kind and honest people.

Can't think of any such thing as what was not good.

Only positive is its location on the Ganga and access to ghats

Staff members looked at us with suspicion. The room was very basic with low quality furniture. AC remote worked intermittently. For the price I paid, it felt like a ripoff. I don’t mind the hotel staff trying to take you to nearby shops and boat rides and they get commission on that, but unfortunately they would fight over who contacted you first. Also note you will have to walk 10-12mins from main road to reach the hotel as the alleys are too narrow for rickshaw.

It was one of the worst stay of my life. Too dirty room, 🤧 including bathroom. I booked a different room at the time of booking and given smthing very bad at arrival 🙃

Only the location was good.

The entire fact that they showed a different type of room category ok booking.com and when we checked in the staff gave us different category of rooms. On top of this the staff was arguing with us that it is booking.com who is not allowing them to upload photos of different category of rooms and hence they are helpless which we find completely absurd. Linens were dirty and bathrooms were rok messy. The one which we stayed at the bathroom door was all rusted, the toilet seat cover came out .

Just the fact that it is right on the ghat.

Everything about the property sucks. The AC had Lizards coming out of it. The toilet seats were stained. The linen was dirty. We had to change 3 rooms to finally get a liveable room.

Only best thing about this property is the location
