The bed is quite squeaky so if you are a light sleeper, this might annoy you. Otherwise it was excellent.

USSara is a wonderfool person, she prepared nice place for my family. She even baked a cake for us. We had a big, delicious breakfast, after which I bought Sara's fig and wild rose homemade confitures. Amaizing! This place is beautiful, quiet with huge garden. Me and my family - Love it!
All Tuscany is full of mosquitos, so prepare yourself with some spray.
ROPLIt is a wonderful place to stay in Umbria that I highly recommend for a stay. Everything was great and the olive oil we have purchased at the property was wonderful.
ROIt's a very beautiful place with very kind people. The room is comfortable and very clean, the bed was excellent, the garden is wonderful in May and you can feel the beauty and the history of the building. Breakfast was also nice (Italian style). We want to thank Sara and her family for letting us have such a lovely experience. Grazie mille!
