SIIt felt like being at home. Very domestic, very comfortable, very clean. Wonderful closed private garden. Very warm welcome.
It is a little remote, more on a country side, but not too far from the most places we wanted to visit.
USA true experience in history. I feel blessed to have been in such a property that has survived its time. Sara and staff are helpful and pleasant. Dinner on the property was very good . The buildings take you back in time. The Abby is amazing to have survived

MTSara was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Abbazia. Location was in the countryside which was very relaxing and quiet. However still only 30 minutes away by car from Perugia and Assisi.
KRThere are reasons why this place get 5 star reviews, and I am in total agree. Fabulous place. I used the apartment, with family, and though the website looks rustic, it has all the modern facilities and more. And the cooking utensils are without doubt one of the best managed among all the so-called self-catering places where you get mostly worn-down ones. Thank you Sara!

LVThe location is amazing! Just a perfect stay to feel the nature and grace of this place! The host is super helpful! The room is clean with all the needed facilities. The common area is interesting and authentic. Definitely recommend it for those who wants something unusual but comfortable.
MTThe apartment was well equipped with a kitchen and even a washing machine. Wifi signal good enough.
The place is a bit spooky especially if you do a late checkin. We had no bread, meat cuts, cheese or anything warm in our breakfast - just cakes and packed things. Also no fruit.
AUBreakfast - poor, packet food. Thankfully there were tea bags and there was coffee. The bedroom and breakfast room were clean. Towels and sheets clean but old.
No upkeep on the property outside of the bedroom and breakfast room. The advertisement photos were approximately 10 years old and not an accurate guide. The gardens were overgrown and the abbey and associated corridors in disrepair. Being the only ones in the accomodation, the run down nature, the age of the Abbey and our own sensitivity to phenomena, we didnโt sleep and left early. Nothing happened, we were only to scared to stay. For others this may not be the case.

AUThis is a beautiful authentic abbey with in the Perugian countryside. Sarah is a wonderful host and her artwork is throughout the abbey.
It's a little remote so you need a car.
