Andrea is an amazing host, was helpful in every way. Communicated well and was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was superb. We will definitely rebook when we come back to Genova

Not an issue for us but because of the location of the property there is lots of stairs to keep in mind, doesn’t take anything away from the property itself however :)

Un accueil fantastique de ́notre hôte, Andrea. Il a été " au petit soin" avec nous, avec un échange nourri et riche d'excellents conseils ( visite, restaurants, échoppes...) L'appartement idéalement placé, au coeur du centre historique, dispose d'un équipement étonnant. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il faudrait en plus tant il est bien aménagé. Certes il y a 5 "vrais" étages à affronter mais les avantages sont tels que ça vaut le coup. Nous nous sommes garés au parking Porto antico, avec lequel Andrea est en partenariat à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. ( 25€/ jour). Si nous revenons à Gênes nous n'hésiterons pas à choisir de nouveau cette location.

,Very friendly, helpful and informative owner . He helped to carry our luggages and suggested some good restaurants Owner has put so many complemantary thing i.e. drinks, basic kitchen needs, biscuits, bread, fruits and all kinds of coffe, tea. Good size living room / kitchen & bedroom. Dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker etc. and washing machine are present in the room. Bathroom is a bit on the smaller side, but it is not a problem at all Location is very good, right in the old town

Only problem is the apartment is on 5th floor and there is no elevator. Owner helps to carry the luggages to the apartment but if you have lots of luggages it may be a problem. But if you do not have leg and knee problems, you can definetely try this apartment

La Brignoletta è un appartamento spazioso e confortevole, restaurato e arredato con grande gusto dal proprietario Andrea, nel pieno centro di Genova in posizione comodissima per tutte le principali attrazioni della città, oltre che ben collegata ai parcheggi e alle stazioni. Andrea è stato gentilissimo fin dalla consegna delle chiavi, e ci ha dato indicazioni preziose su dove mangiare e come spostarci. Ci ha lasciato la dispensa e il frigorifero pieni di tutto quel che si può volere per colazione.

Non c'è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto. Unica avvertenza, la struttura è al quarto piano di un edificio storico che per ovvie ragioni non ha ascensore. Era chiaramente specificato e per noi non è stato un problema, ma potrebbe esserlo per qualcuno.

Casa molto bella e ben arredata con grande stile. Inoltre Andrea lascia moltissimi snack da mangiare, the, tisane e tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole.

Qualcuno potrebbe essere affaticato dai cinque piani di scale… ma sono un ottimo modo per stare in esercizio!

Très bien placé dans le centre de la vieille ville, tout se fait très bien à pied! L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer quelques jours dans la ville. Et Andrea est très disponible et aidant, merci!

L'appartamento si trova in una via del centro storico, un caruggio. Piccolo ma dotato di tutto l'occorrente per 2 persone. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, tostapane, vettovaglie e prodotti per la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Forse il letto matrimoniale un po' piccolo
