Large balcony, lovely light coming by through windows into living space, central location.

Very robotic service, unwelcoming, dismissing and inflexible customer service experience. misleading information about amenities in room - says it can sleep 4, only had bedding for 1 double bed. Not suitable for father daughter trip. Daughter slept on a mattress on the floor in the lounge with no sheets. Kitchen has VERY basic items. No kitchen knives, no serving utensils/bowls etc, no sieve, (no oil, no milk, no spices). Overall wouldn’t recommend due to challenging customer service experience.

המיקום טוב קאוב לבן יהודה ולרחוב יפו ובעצם להכל כי יש רכבת קלה. הבניין נחמד החדר בכלל לא כפי שמראים בתמונות. לא נקי . ואין איש תחזוקה להתנהל מולו הכל בהתכתבויות במיילים וזה מעיק. יומיים עד שסידרו לנו את הטלויזיה.

באנו 5 חברות, היה מאד נוח מבחינת מיקום וגם מבחינת זה שהיו 5 מיטות נורמליות ומרווח ונעים לקבוצה כזו. בנוסף ביקשנו להשאיר את הרכב בחניה לכמה שעות אחרי הצ׳ק אאוט ואישרו לנו בשמחה!

כשהגענו המצלמה בחניה לא זיהתה אותנו והיה סיפור עם זה וקושי לתפוס את בעל הבית שיטפל בזה, הסתבר שהוא לא הכניס את מספר הרכב למערכת כפי שהיה אמור לקרות.. בסוף נכנסנו וכאמור אישר לנו להישאר גם מעבר לזמן אז זה באמת בקטנה 😉

location location location, excellent. Building beautiful and parking was included (hard time getting out), they allowed me to check-in at 1 PM for an additional 100 shekels

Apartment was run-down, master bathroom cabinet broken last day of stay toilet started leaking, second bathroom ceiling looked like it was collapsing, exposed screws and water stains, large cracks between the tile and wall that probably created water leaks to apartment below, broken bathroom lock (they did come and fix that). half bath sink leaking. TV had a large crack on it as well. I took pictures of everything so that they wouldn't blame me for this damage

דירה מרווחת ומאובזרת עם כל מה שהיינו צריכים ,מגבות,מצעים,מגהץ,פן יש כלים ,כיריים,מיקרוגל ,מכונת קפה,מקרר כל מה שצריך .. קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית השירות היה מצויין ועזרו לנו עם כל בעיה שהייתה כמו למצוא את החניה ,פתיחת הדלת של הדירה ..וכו'

חשבנו שיהיו 3 מיטות אך הייתה מיטה זוגית וספה שאפשר לישון עליה אבל סה"כ זה היה נוח

The rental is incredible. It is in great-great location, 5 min walks to Jerusalem super city center, 10 min walk to old city and the shuk. The environment is safe, new and well decorated. It is clean, the wifi is fast, has its own free parking lots in THE HEART OF JERUSALEM. Just incredible! It was the first time we stayed in an airbnb in Jerusalem, but for us there is no going back, next time we will stay here again, it was just so good, great money-quality value. We were travelling with kids, but they had brand new and comfortable sofa bed open for them.

Maybe maybe kitchen cupboard surfaces could be cleaned a bit better, but it is a really surfacial problem, the rest of the appartment is incredibly clean, the bathroom, the beds, everything is very clean.
