Rooms were neat and clean. Food was tasty.

Front desk officer was rude and unprofessional.

Location is good, Rooms are well maintained. Front desk staffs are well behaved.

But service staffs are not well trained , service is pathetic sometimes .Food is below average , very oily (inspite of earlier request). Overall it was an average accommodation. They need to work on it.

Fabulous property with great amenities and the staff was amazing, rooms were clean. Food was very tasty and will definitely recommend to everyone.. Amazing Stay loved it

Location could not be found. Sorry to say it no signboard was there of the Hotel. First time i came across a hotel without any signboard. This was mere surprise. Later on i discovered it was lovers paradise and not person coming for business to be honest. The hotel has no bar which again makes the rating of the hotel poor from my side. Food was pathetic. Breakfast was lousy. My Toilet of my room had a leakage in the pipeline from the wash basin. Shower water force was very less. The balcony was not divided and the resident of room next to my room could easy walk across to the full length of the balcony and so privacy was lacking between rooms on the first floor.

Harassment I have under gone, due to non-availability of room what they said at the time of check in and disrespect by said we give priority to guest who have paid online hence they abe given the room to somebody else who has booked from MMT and shifted myself to another property. I didn’t like this behaviour at all.
