The reception staff was very bad and illiterate

We stayed here for a week following my Dad's operation in Artemis and are happy with our choice. The staff, including Mr Dubey at reception, and everyone else were really helpful and accommodating from the very beginning. Considering that we had a recovering patient with us, we needed a lot of flexibility in terms of actual room, furniture placement, mattresses etc, and the staff here were always keen to help. The hotel itself is located within 5 min or the hospital, rooms are clean and spacious. This made it a very convenient stay. Thanks.

Facilities and connectivity.

The housekeeping staff is a bit lax on providing basic services.

Big room, wide space with terrace and the price is very good. The food is also delicious.

The bathroom looks good and new, but the shower is not enough, it did not have much flow or hot water... The extractor in the bathroom needs to be clean. When this fan is not working and turning, it lets the mosquitos come in to the room. The quilt over the bed was completely holed. Small details that make a big difference.
