Bringham's Mill Apartments Perfect for Groups Full Kitchen Gym and Free Parking

The directions and assistance to check in were fantastic. The beds and pillows were clean and soft. The bathrooms fans worked and the showers were clean as well.

There was a terrible mildew smell throughout the apartment. We opened the windows, and it helped. Then I needed to clean a cup, and this awful fish smell came out of the kitchen drain. No matter how much soap and water I ran down the drain, the smell persisted. If the apartment didn't smell horribly, I would have given this a perfect stay.

The location was ok. The A/C worked well.

The condo was dirty. The floor was disgusting. The furnishings were cheap. The bathroom was a shared room. Both bathroom doors had no functioning locks. The shower heads were clogged and leaking when on. The communication with the manager was poor. The hoops to go through to fill out all the legal forms, liability forms, who is staying forms, photo ID and picture required…. None of that was in the description of the place. Very deceiving. I got e-mail after email about the credit card in use, but when I needed the address, apartment number, or the code to get in…. There didn’t seem to be much of a rush. As soon as they were paid (with no ability to cancel) then the desire to talk with me ended. It was a bad experience. I will be sticking with hotels. This place was not worth ANY of the trouble.

The property is a fairly new built apartment complex. The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our group of four friends. The apartment was well maintained and clean. We had pretty much everything we needed. The location was excellent as well - close to the highway/interstate as well as shopping and restaurants of all kinds.
