Bringham's Mill Apartments Perfect for Groups Full Kitchen Gym and Free Parking

What breakfast? I was never informed, which is no surprise.

Customer service sucks. I couldn’t talk to a real person. Only text. Also there was never an onsite manager. I will never stay here again.

The location was really close to BYU ID, and Bear World, which were our only destinations this trip. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when we contacted them. It was also very roomy and clean, with 2 bathrooms and showers, and 4 sinks in just the bathroom area alone.

Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, but at least it wasn’t on the 4th floor! There may have been an elevator, but we didn’t take the time to look for one.

Great location, loved the spacious bathroom.

We noticed some standing water in the first bathroom by the toilet in the morning but then it went away, and some dark patches on the ceiling. Might be some plumbing issues going on.

This is an apartment complex designed for college students with apartments rented out on a daily basis in the school off-season. It was great that the kids could have their own room away from mom and dad, and that there was a huge vanity area with multiple sinks and a double bathroom. The kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, pans and utensils, including salt and pepper, and a few other comestibles.

The listing is misspelled -- it is Brigham's Mill, not Bringham's Mill. We figured out that we had to pull on the front door handle a little while entering the code for the lock to successfully disengage. Gym access was touted, but there was no information about where it actually was in the complex or how one would get in.

Beds were comfortable

We couldn't check in until 6pm because it hadn't been cleaned yet. When we did check in, there were cobwebs on the ceilings and spilled popcorn under one of the twin beds. It didn't feel clean. We were not offered a discount or anything. The apartment was also run down.
