Bringham's Mill Apartments Perfect for Groups Full Kitchen Gym and Free Parking

the layout and the ease of entry was great. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the 5 of us. Accommodating to our situation, we were traveling far and they allowed us to check in early. Decorations and appliances were perfect. Would definitely recommend and re-book again.

Very little I didn't like. I wish we were warned to bring our own toilet paper. There was enough to last a day but a simple note some place in the description to bring some with you would be nice. There was a fan that ran the whole time we were there and we could not find any way to turn it off. Maybe it was a water heater, but it was constant the whole time. (Being from Hawaii with no experience with HVAC or venting systems unsure if that was normal) While it is not necessary, it would have been helpful to have a book with a copy of check out directions. I had a hard time getting to the messages sent via text or what ever app it was sent through, so that was a small challenge. Also if they had a few recommendations for food or phone numbers for delivery of groceries, food, etc. would have also been helpful.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

Great location, on the ground floor, lots of room, and very clean. It had 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with twin beds, plus a sofa bed. The beds were very comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms- 1 with a tub and toilet, and 1 with a shower and toilet. There were 2 big containers of shampoo and cream rinse, and 1 container of soap. There were 3 sinks in a row with storage space underneath, and 1 container of hand soap. The kitchen had a large fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and lots of drawers and cupboards. It had plates, cups, and utensils for 8. It had a couch and chair in an open concept living room.

We were in unit 1106 in Brigham’s Mills Apartments. Very bare bones. A couple of pictures on the wall, but not much to make it feel homey. NO additional toilet paper or paper towels. No Kleenex at all. Somewhere it says there are no additional supplies - but who would think it meant toilet paper. That was a first. Luckily, we could borrow supplies from our granddaughter . We stayed for 4 days. It cost hundreds of dollars, but they were too cheap to put in extra “expected” inexpensive supplies. Also killed several tiny ants each day - but that is something the complex should deal with.

Location was perfect and clubhouse was great.

Needed baking trays. Cooking equipment was sparse.

There was no coffee machine even though it was advertised that there was. They went and bought one right away for us. It was amazing!
