Spanish Town / Downtown Apartment

Nice neighbourhood and very nice and responsive hosts.

We were in town for the Louisiana Marathon and couldn't have picked a more perfect location! An easy walk to the expo, start and finish line and some restaurants and attractions. Apt. was spacious, super clean and comfortable and well equipped with anything we needed.

Next time we will try not to come to town during an arctic blast. 😆

We loved everything about our stay here. Very comfortable beds, with quality bed linen. Access to kitchen facilities and cooking utensils. Good location with free car park space. Host was easy to contact and very quick to respond to our queries.

Excellent location in a great, quiet neighborhood near the State Capital, restaurants, and parks. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. Wonderful for a short or longer term stay. Great communication and easy check-in. They also offer bikes and other amenities for rent, great conveniences.

Charming, clean, safe and close to the capital.

We arrived knowing very little of what Baton Rouge had to offer. The apartment felt homely and clean. We loved all the extra touches including QR codes that gave us advice on what to see and do, where to eat and drink etc. Incredibly helpful. Thank you.

Location, Parking, Cost

Steep steps, not really a two couple accommodation- pull out bed filled the room, no toaster. Washing machine? Why were the street cleaners out at 10pm?
