Eagle Point Beach and Dive Resort

The location was incredible and the staff very kind.

Some problems with the cleaning, insects on the room and old fashioned decoration and furniture.

Pool, food, staff.

Had to pay extra for wifi.

The location is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the quietness of the place. I love the pool and the sunset view is the best! if you’re looking for a quiet resort, I totally recommend this!

The rooms are outdated but still manageable. You need to pay for the wifi so you can access it in your room.

Location.. it is simply beautiful with lush jungle around and amazing ocean wildlife to see. The hills and mountains in the Mabini peninsula are just amazing and it is a nice one day trip away from the beach to go see the Gulugod Baboy hiking trails for instance. The staff was extremely attentative, flexible and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also to our liking with several especially fish/shrimp meals (fish tacos, phillippines breakfast for instance) that were very tasty and good quality for the price.

To get there takes a little effort and the place is slightly worn out in some corners. Sound insulation from rooms to the corridor is not particularly great either, but is adequate between the rooms. The restaurant has slightly narrow selection of vegetarian dishes, although not particularly different from a typical restaurant selection in the Phillippines. Vegetarian diet trend has not yet arrived to this corner of the world.

the water in the pool is not clean in the afternoon. no coffee machine.. noisy airco.. a lot of ants in the restaurant.. also on the table. we have to pay for the wifi.. per day.
