"The view was satisfactory but we had a frightening drive on our way to the Eagle’s Beach Resort."

The staff were polite and friendly. The meals were not much to our liking.

Our TV was playing up, water was dripping from the basin in the bathroom causing flooding and I didn’t get hot water at shower time during those 2 days.

Absolutely nothing about this place.

I would like a full refund this place website is nothing like what it really looks like. They have done alot of false advertising. There was no free wifi you had to pay to get to their white sand beach plus pay an entrance fee to the beach. The roo. Was old looki g no hot water the shower head looked like it was 30 years old and never cleaned. We didn't even stay the whe week we left the next day. Very disappointing..

"A day to rewind and unwind..."

The place needs to be renivated for the comvenience of the guests.. Over all it was a great experience considering the staff are all pleasant and welcoming.. Hope to be back with a better amenities and facilities..

Facilities are kinda bit old and really needs a lot of renovation for a better experience..

"slide for adults in the pool - great fun"

The pool is great and most of the employees were very friendly. Very good portions in the restaurant as well, great view on the ocean and I liked the food I had very much.

As it's rainy season sadly I was not allowed to swim in the ocean, but that's because of the time, not because of the resort :) quite a few ants in the room.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Pool was big. Love the saltwater pool. Food was also really really good and cheap.

You have to pay for wifi in the rooms, the road going there was also CRAZY. Wouldnt recommend for older people at all. Rooms were old but everything worked so it’s fine. The tour they organized for us wasnt good too, our “snorkeling guide” disappeared as soon as we got there and we wasted 10 mins just looking for him. They also kept smoking and throwing the cigarette butts in the ocean then rushed us to finish early cause they had another tour scheduled for the afternoon. Also really overpriced. Not exactly the hotel’s fault though.
