The view is amazing. I like how friendly the staff is.

They don’t have telephone in the rooms so it’s difficult for us to request assistance since we have to personally go to the front desk/ restaurant.

Lovely view of the beach from the balcony of our room. We were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 2nd floor. That was a pretty warm gesture. Dexter, the front desk staff, also our snorkeling guide (together with Michelle & Jomar) gave as a boat tour of Sepoc and Sombrero island. They were all super nice and accommodating! This was the best part of our trip. Island hopping and snorkeling with the family.

1. Room wasn’t properly cleaned. It looked like they rushed cleaning the room, most specifically the bathroom. 2. The common bathroom under the stairs didn’t smell good. 3. The staff at the resort restaurant could be a little more attentive considering we were the only ones there. They were nice but lacked the proper training and enthusiasm.

The views from our room met our expectations. The staff were respectful and friendly.

We were frightened on our way to the hotel due to the steep cliffs and narrow roads on our way to the hotel. We were instructed by Reception to attend the Sunday holy mass at 5.30pm only to find out that the mass was cancelled when we got to the place of which we were charged 2,000 pesos for the return transport. Our Room 301 had a leaking basin causing flooding on the bathroom floor; there was no hot water; and the television set kept playing up during the 2 days we stayed there.
