Eagle Point Beach and Dive Resort

It is quite an adventure finding the place. We got lost using google map. My hubby said why it is called "eagle point" because only the eagle can find the place😁😁😁 BUT, it was all worth it! The place is amazing!!!!! I dont know why some negative comments about the room? Come on, people, the place is old, and they're trying their best to maintain the authenticity of the place🥰🥰.

NONE! Aside from just providing us with a bath towel only, and forgot to give us floor towels to dry our feet after a shower, that will not give me a reason to not LOVE the place.

The pool water seemed dirty, milky The sun umbrellas are old and not UVSun proof as i got a sunburn just from sitting under the umbrella in the shade. Room facilities a bit run down Otherwise all good

Beautiful location, great house reef for snorkeling, fantastic restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean. Food was excellent. They can arrange day trips by boat to other islands for snorkeling. Wouldn't hesitate coming back.

The driveway leading into the resort seems unsafe with narrow hairpin turns. Hidden in a closet was the mini bar with no snacks in room. Hot water system in shower not really good. There isn’t free wifi as per booking.com as one would expect in your room. Need to pay 100peso per device not devices! Really that should be a free service. Free wifi in lobby and restaurant only which is how they circumvented the free wifi offer. Transfer to and from Batangas in car 3500p seems very pricey for Philippines transport. The restaurant has nice layout but the food is ok. Pizza looks like it came out of a frozen box. Water pressure in faucet is not that good. No in-house laundry service need to send outside. The pool table needs new cues and chalk. The table needs new felt. Table tennis ball missing and the rubber on the bats are peeling. The gaming room definitely needs a couple of fans to cool the area down especially in summer. Room service has 20% room charge. Workers inconsiderately talking loudly talking in the hallway at 6:30am and continuing to do so until 8am.

The staff are nice and very attentive. The whole place is just unbelievably beautiful. The views are picturesque without pollution.

They have their own pool and the tables & chairs beside it. The space is also enough.

Well they put us in a room 2nd to the farthest. 307. The first rooms we were in last 2018 were way better. You can tell it is the floor that is least renovated or maybe not renovated at all because of the doors. I requested right away if we can be transferred to another room but the front desk staff said that it’s not possible since we booked for 2 nights. And that come maundy thursday is when a lot of guests will arrive and it will be fully booked. Huh??? That’s the reason they gave me. I even requested during my booking if we can have a room nearest to the pool because we have kids with us but to no avail. The housekeeping room is also so near our room thatyou can hear the staff talking loudly also the sound of their plates while they’re eating. So on our 2nd day after our sombrero island visit, we had no choice but just to stay awake even if we want to rest and take a nap. Life vests should be free of charge since there’s no lifeguard on duty for the kids. Also, I think they need to buy new ones that have fixed locks. Food and drinks are pricey maybe because of the resort’s location.
