"BEWARE these hosts will try and rob you. They had asked for £250 for a hob knob that we didnt break"

Liked the way the hosts provided teas and coffees along with a spice rack

1) The host will blame you for broken hob knob which had been loose since we had arrived. I didnt expect the host to go this low. We took pictures and shared. Host lied it was broken with sharp object as if we tried cut it using some knife. Shameless host that will try and steal your money. 2) Main buzzer was not working and despite telling the host they didnt bother fixing it 3) There were stains on walls and windows which were shared with hosts nothing got fixed 4) Broken light was never fixed 5) Even the floor cleaning brush was broken and we couldnt brush the floors for the days we had stayed 6) Their blinds are fiddly as well we did tell the host about it but they didnt bother and may again blame on us so they get free blinds fixed BEWARE these hosts will try and rob you. They had asked for £250 for a hob knob that we didnt break and we even took pictures udirng our stay that included the hob knob picture. LYING is not going to take you anywhere with this flat. Fact is you didnt bother when my deliveries turned away because the buzzer was not working. The Hob KNOB that was broken was flagged by me not anyone else. You didnt bother responding then and waited for me to leave so you can make money by claiming for the ENTIRE HOB not the KNOB. I took the rubbish out cleaned the tables put the towels away and for the £150 cleaning fee i had paid this was more than enough. The main toilet was dry as I had cleaned it myself. FACT is you are manipulative and I have every right to WARN others of your actions. Its on record with Booking.com that you had asked for us to replace the entire HOB for a KNOB that was already broken. ADVICE for visitors to this flat take pictures before and after your stay and share everything.

Het appartement ligt erg centraal waardoor je gemakkelijk het centrum inloopt om bijvoorbeeld te eten of vlot bij het OV bent. Daarnaast is het van alle gemakken voorzien met een grote koelkast/diepvries, een vaatwasser en wasmachine.

Het appartement heeft echt wel wat onderhoud nodig. Er hangt bijvoorbeeld een lampje uit het plafond en er missen frontplaten in de keuken. De knoppen van de oven misten, maar daar waren we op geattendeerd. Er is schoongemaakt, maar het is niet echt schoon (haren in de badkamer, schimmel in de kitlaag van het bad, vies bestek en vieze glazen). Al met al prima, maar mijns inziens niet "luxurious".

"Nicht buchen!"

Positiv waren folgende Merkmale: Zwei Bäder, großer Smart-Fernseher, großer Tiefkühlschrank.

Wir (1 Erwachsener, 2 Kinder) haben zwei Wochen in diesem angeblichen „Luxury Penthouse“ verbracht und waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft war stark verschmutzt, in einem insgesamt schlechten Zustand und hat die Bezeichnung „luxury“ in keiner Weise verdient. Dazu war der Preis für diese Leistung sehr hoch. Bereits beim Check-in gab es Probleme: Die Beschreibung zur Eingabe des Zugangscodes war unvollständig (man muss einen schwarzen Knopf drücken und warten, bis der rote Kreis erlischt, erst dann darf man mit der Eingabe des Codes beginnen). Außerdem hatten wir denselben Zugangscode wie eine andere Wohnung, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Laut einem anderen Mieter wird der Code offenbar nie geändert, sodass theoretisch auch ehemalige Gäste Zutritt haben könnten. Der Flur roch immer extrem unangenehm, da der Müllschacht schräg gegenüber der Wohnungstür liegt. Der Gestank drang zeitweise bis in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war in einem insgesamt sehr schmutzigen Zustand: Herd, Backofen (mit Haaren und Krümeln), Schneidebretter (verschimmelt), Toilettenschüssel, Badewanne und Dusche waren sichtbar verdreckt. Die Dusche hatte Schimmel, der Abfluss war nahezu vollständig verstopft. Der Boden war nicht richtig gereinigt; es lagen Haare, abgeschnittene Fußnägel u. Ä. herum. Die Waschmaschine roch sehr stark unangenehm, in der Küche standen verdorbene Äpfel in einer Schale. In der Spülmaschine befand sich noch schmutziges Geschirr vom Vormieter. Außerdem war die Ausstattung unzureichend und teilweise beschädigt: Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, keine Müllbeutel, keine Geschirrhandtücher, kein Küchenmesser, keine Wäscheklammern und keinen richtigen Wäscheständer. Die Batterien in der Fernbedienung waren leer. Ein Stuhl war bei Ankunft defekt. Der Griff an einem Fenster war locker, eine Bodendiele in der Küche lose, Schubladen instabil und nicht an der Wand befestigt (nicht kindersicher). Der große Topf hatte keinen Deckel. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht.

Location Comfortable bed

Finishes worm Hallway smells Lacking toilet paper on both bathrooms No kitchen linens (tea towels) Only one shower attached to the wall, the other was hand held. Uneven floor in kitchen, one part of the floor sticking out and one of our party tripped and fell on it. Lack of responsiveness to using parking facilities Parking in the building not included in rental. Parking cost was almost double the public parking on the neighbouring street. Generally tired deco.
