Crail and surrounding sreacold

Cold damp smelling flat heating didnt work properly poor tv reception dirty dingy windows and blinds rather grubby bed linen and a couch that should be donated to a charity shop.we stayed ONE night and went home the next day. Last year we stayed in a lovely clean comfortable flat in Anstruther but that was with a different company - lesson learned never again.

Seating could be improved.

Great towels in particular, all the nessessities were there. Nice to have milk provided in the fridge and tea bags, coffee and a packet of biscuits.

Mattress too soft for my liking, but that is a personal preference. Could not get BBC channels on the TV but Apps handy.The heating system could do with better instructions as it is quirky. The flat is a wee bit dark and cool and needed the heating on.

Location excellent, clean, well equipped. Kindly provided milk & biscuits on arrival.

Improved seating arrangements within living room. Rocking chair requires attention -

Seating comfort! Absolutely loved where it was and everything else. Loved the the rocking chair until I couldn't use it cos it wasn't secure. The main seating for me was a problem cos of my knees but won't stop me coming back

Location was very central. Surrounding coastal area was beautiful. Everything we needed was in the apartment.

Entrance smelt a bit damp but inside apartment was fine.
