Location was great. Close to some nice bars and pubs and walking distance to a small Tesco.

The place was clean but we had to wash any cups, glasses and plates we wanted to use (and ended up cleaning most of them). Only a small sofa or dining chairs. Not enough comfortable seats if you're there with more than two people. Sofa was stained. One of the heaters didn't work in the living area. Check in for us was not smooth. Details didn't come through when they were meant to, cleaner put keys in the wrong lock box, the contact only picked up after I texted what the issue was. There were meant to be more details sent through after check in, that never happened. Beds aren't the most comfortable.

The property was tidy, had everything required. It was the best location for us as our family live in the same road.

Would have been good to have one pint of milk. The bed sheets, although clean, stank of smoke, which was a real shame. I had to chase the key code but it came quickly when asked. The property is straight off the path and so very close to the road.

It was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. The showers were powerful and well maintained. We didn’t explore the immediate surrounding area, but a 20 minute walk gets you right into the centre.

It would have been great to have a few tea bag’s and coffee for the morning. There is also only 2 x glasses etc so could do with some more for extra guests as there was 3 of us staying. Parking is also a bit of an issue as we could only pay for 2hours at a time via the Ringo app which resulted in one of our guests getting a parking ticket, so we’ll plan better next time.

Perfect location a 5 min walk from the train/tram station and just round the corner from a beautiful little pub with great food, excellent range of drinks and very friendly and welcoming staff.

Would very happily stay here again. excellent property
