The cottage was lovely, it was very comfortable for 4 adults and had every convenience. It was close to any sight seeing places in the bay of islands.

There was nothing we didn’t enjoy.

Outstanding stay, great hosts and what a view! John and Susan, I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at your property! Aside from the beautiful view, the level of detail put into ensuring your guests have everything they need is incredible! I felt like anytime we said, "oh, do we have this?" all we needed to do is open the drawer and there it was. The property is exceptionally clean, great amenities like laundry and BBQ and I have to add the decor is so well put together as well. Most definitely this is a place I will recommend and would want to come back to again! Thank you for the attention to detail (like having paper towel available) and the additional hospitality touches with the water and chocolates that was the cherry on top! Thank you!

Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

The host was lovely considering I locked the keys in 5 mins in the door ..nothing was too much trouble ...place was comfy and cosy and very clean...a touch out of town which made it lovely and peaceful with beautiful gardens...we are going back next year to stay longer

Beautifully appointed, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed plus great additions like real milk (!), chocolate, pod machine and pods. Fantastic place to stay, highly recommended.

The tv didn’t appear to work however this wasn’t a great issue for us as we had iPads.

"Enjoyable and a good value, convenient to travel the Northlands and still be in Paihia every night!"

It was vary clean and comfortable and everything worked. Views were nice.

The driveway is a bit tricky, but we figured out how to back in and pull out after a few attempts.
