The size of the TV. The location is perfect, surrounded by different stores and restaurants. Not far from the promenade.

It is very small and there are not enough refreshments. Not enough extra blankets. No drying cloth for the dishes.

Only the connectivity from sea point to a few locations of the city was good.

I recently stayed at this property for nearly nine days and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several key areas. Firstly, this unit appears to operate entirely independently from the other apartments in the building. It lacks the coordination and support typically expected in similar setups, which became apparent throughout our stay. Despite the length of our stay, cleaning was done only once — and for that, we were charged an additional R800. This felt excessive and unjustified, especially considering that a neighboring unit in the same building received cleaning every two days without such charges. In future, I’ll be booking with that unit instead, as it clearly offers better service. Another inconvenience was the key collection process. The pick-up point is located quite far from the actual property. For anyone without a private car especially if relying on Uber or public transport this adds significant cost and hassle, which is counterintuitive for a property advertised as being in central Cape Town. Cleanliness was another major issue. The towels provided were not clean, and even after the apartment was serviced, the floors remained dusty. The rug and floor mat were in poor condition, and the sofa cover was visibly dirty, making it uncomfortable to even sit on the couch. We also experienced a concerning breach of trust: some of our food items, including a packet of snacks, went missing from the apartment. While we didn’t escalate this due to the low value of the items, it does raise questions about security and respect for guests’ belongings. I would strongly advise future guests not to leave any valuables in the room unattended. Lastly, after visiting other similar units in the same building, it’s clear that better-managed and more reliable alternatives are available. Based on this experience, I would recommend exploring those options instead.

Location close to the promenade and amenities.

Lady handing over the keys was disinterested and rude,houseekeep8ng wasn't done until 6 pm when check innis at 3pm. Soughted is useless. Avoid at all costs if you can.

It was clear that the host is shady since the very beginning. After booking, I have received messages from the host on a daily basis, redirecting me to scam websites (every time with different names), mimicking booking.com layout and prompting me to provide (again) my credit card details. This was so sketchy that I had to contact booking.com customer service. They called the host and verified the validity of my booking, and they were only able to tell me not to fill out those forms. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY ARE 100% FISHING SCAMS. Service is awful. Dirty toilet with diarrhea from prev guest cleaned 7 days after my arrival, only upon multiple requests. At the beginning the host told me (every day) that they would clean the next day, and after a few days they said that they clean the apartment only every 7/8 days (even though it was not clenn when I arrived). NEITHER THE PROPERTY NOR BOOKING.COM REFUNDED ME FOR THIS AWEFUL EXPERIENCE. (Booking.com told me to just leave a bad review). They never refill the little bottles of shampoo/shower gel or toilet paper, so expect to buy your own. Overall the price is definitely not worth it. At some point a cleaning lady broke the handle of the main door, and they never repaired it (it has been tricky opening and closing the door for the remaining 10 days). AVOID! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BOOKING.COM HOTEL.
