Unit was dirty (hair, stapels & grape twigs on floor). Bed uncomfortable. No aircon/fan. Check in time moved to 16:45 and not 15:00

We have enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. It was clean and well equipped with everything you could need. House is good secured, reception staff is always friendly and polite. Around was secure as well as it is close to ocean and around are always many people. For going out to other places we always used Uber and had breakfast in Naked Coffee cafe near the house (this place I also definetly recommend) Check in and checkout was easy. On basement floor is laundry that was very useful as well.

We liked everything. The only thing that I would recommend the hosts to add in apartment is a big mirror, it can be placed even inside of one of the closets on door, not to change interior) Thank you and hope next time when we will be back, we can see ourselves in full height in the mirror)))

Kitchen utensils. The hand over of keys. The person giving me the keys was late. The initial cost is advertised as “x” but when payment is made an extra cleaning (at the end of the stay) charge is levied. This is misleading.

I recently stayed at the Oceanside gem as a solo traveller, and it was truly a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The host, reception team, guards, and house managers were all exceptionally helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile.The property itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is also located in a safe neighbourhood, walking distance from walking area by the beach. The peaceful atmosphere and attentive service exceeded my expectations, making it a place I’ll definitely return to on my next visit to Cape Town.If you’re looking for a place where you can feel at ease and well taken care of, I highly recommend it.

Are staff was very friendly, and the location is what I loved most. It felt safe and comfortable.

I found a condom cover under the bed mattress when doing the bed.
