I love it’s a new property

I was just stay on here. I took my shoes outside the door and nobody came into my bed so I had to put towels down on the bed to sleep.

Not a lot

Desk staff was just short of unfriendly and not very helpful. Although I understand why the room had no carpet since they allow pets, it made it feel a little less comfortable.

New or newer and fair price.

Bad checkin. No one at the desk….literally. Ringing bell repeatedly. It was 8pm. I had called ahead to make sure someone would be there to check us in b/c I had seen a reciew indicating there wasn’t a check-in person if late. There is some sort of kiosk??? Anyway, after about 20 minutes, someone finally came to the desk. When he verified my license, he copied it front and back. Had a stack of these copies. I had never had a hotel COPY my license. I asked about it and he said it was just policy. Seemed sketchy to me. A week later I received a booking.com email saying I had not checked in there. I had. Just very weird experience. NO coffee maker in the room ( which had an efficiency kitchen by the way ) NO COFFEE!!! This was a first for me. How do you NOT have s coffee maker? Beds were hard too. I know that is a personal preference. Could have overlooked that, but for the 2 TINY, FLAT pillows! Really? I mean my kid even commented on that. Rough night. Thank goodness there was a Starbucks nearby that saved the day the next morning. I guess compared to camping in the woods, our stay was good.

Hotel was clean overall

Staff was never available we told hotel there would be 2 of us in the room and only got 2 very paper thin pillows and when we asked for additional there was none available. They provided 1 rag and 1 towel for 2 people to stay for 2 days and we had to wait more than 30 minutes at front desk because no one was available when we went to ask for more. Never received the ice tray we asked for. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.

There was no breakfast served so we assumed that's why we had our own little kitchen. Wonderful place to stay if you plan on spending several nights.

Customer service wasn’t great the lady at the front desk was rude. They canceled out reservations with letting me know. No email nothing
