The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked. The hotel seemed secure.

I did not see a breakfast there. The hotel did not have an ice machine. What hotel does not have an ice machine? They gave me two bath towels, one washcloth. No floor mat or hand towel. One tiny bar of soap. No other soaps or lotions. No kleenex tissues. There was a tiny kitchen but no utensils or towels, paper or cloth. No hair dryer in the room. They did have one but I had to ask for it. The bath/shower did not have a hand bar in it so I had to be very careful not to slip and fall.

The hotel was clean and fresh. The location was convenient to our event. Staff was very nice. The in room kitchen was a bonus.

The rooms did not provide standard items like a coffee maker, hair dryer or even an ice machine. Tenants had to go to the desk and ask for them.

It was clean and in good repair. Safe location.

I called twice prior to checking in to clarify a couple details. The people that answered the phone were not helpful. They were definitely not friendly, but beyond that they didn't know the answer to my questions and made no effort to find out or offer solutions. Upon checking into the hotel, the person at the desk was fine but again not friendly. (No eye contact, no "how are you?", nothing) My main complaint was that the room was much more stripped down than I expected. The hotel had no pool. Ok, my bad for not checking. But the kitchen had nothing in it to make it useful. No dishes, pots, silverware, or coffee maker. One of the mattresses in our room had been flipped upside down, which is normally not an issue. But this was such a cheap mattress that there was no padding on that side. You could feel every spring. The bedding was literally one thin blanket. The mattresses were on those cheap metal platforms that slide around. I chose an "extended stay" hotel for the convenience of the kitchen as I was traveling with a large family other than a fridge it was not worth it. I would have paid a few dollars more up the street for the convenience of being able to make a cup of coffee without having to load all my kids up and drive to starbucks.
