Self-service and easy to understand user guide. Value for money in terms of facilities.

The room I was assigned was too close to the road with lots of noise from moving vehicles all night.

The location was fine for me, 15 minute or so walk to the city centre. If you have mobility issues, there is a bus route a short walk away. Bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and kept warm once I put the heating up a little higher. Kitchen was great with the basics and the bathroom was also fine (hot shower, although a little small but fine for me). The instructions to get in were very practical and easy to follow. If i was to attend another concert in Nottingham, would I stay here again? Yes, i think i would.

Honestly, nothing major... the soundproofing from the front door was not the best, I was travelling for a concert at Rescue Rooms so I had ear plugs and they worked great. The windows were old so didn't seem to have a great seal when closed so there was also some traffic noise, again... basic ear plugs sorted that. Some basic tea/coffee items would have been nice, but there is many stores nearby for that. These are minor things in my book and myself being overly picky.
