Facilities small Kitchen area.

It was quite noisy

The room(s) were very clean and so spacious! All appliances were there. It even had a little back garden. The bed was very comfortable. Noise level from outside hotel were very low, good sound proof windows. The street was not busy (and the cemetary was very quiet :D ).

I was at room nr 3, the communal kitchen was right above. The washing machine was on -all the time- from 7 am to midnight!!! The stairs were so noisy I could hear every single step when people went to the communal kitchen. On time the tumble dryer went on 2:30am!! The noice!! The TV did not work properly and there were no instructions. No hot water on first two days!! I sent numerous messages to hotel staff, got NO REPLY. There was a message on first day, and on last day. The hot water issue got fixed so propably they read my messages. I got no help with TV. The washing machine usage after 10 pm continued. I normally went to sllep after 11 pm so the communal kitchen noise didn't bother me that much. I didn't watch TV that much so no big issue there, and I got to see other TV services, just the live channels did not work. First two days with cold showers, I had worse :)

Cost benefit..

The hot water in the shower didn't work. My room was missing the TV remote. I complained several times and they didn't solve the problem.

Stayed twice and there has never been hot water in the shower! Also no tv remote so we couldn’t use it

I rented for work Easy to commute to tram stop, also easy street parking, the property is a good size for 1 person. However, Didn’t have hot water for most of my stay after a couple weeks and several chats with the host which was prompt to respond, but didn’t resolve the hot water issue…. I was then offered to move to another flat but since I was 1 week away from moving out and due being too busy at work, I ended up signing up for a near by gym to have a hot water shower on my last week. Also there was a lot noise from washing machine after 23:00 locates in the communal kitchen above the flat. If hot water is fixed you will be ok 👍

Down for work excellent value for money will be using this place from now on

Had some space

Heating didn’t work, and the water was too cold. We reported to the host but nothing really change. Come with your portable heater when it’s cold
