Room was roomy Location is great Facilities are new Most in the room is clean, not grubby, no old stains or dirt, no smells Great communication from landlord Easy access in main door and studio door Bed and pillows are comfortable

Studio 2 is below ground so it's darker than higher level rooms December is cold, room was very cold, the radiator does warm up but the room still feels cold (I messaged the landlord who assisted with a fan heater, which helped muchly) The cups, glasses, plates were not as clean as they should be

The room is well appointed. It was warm, nothing was broken. The old quirky building added to the charm, with unusual layouts of stairs and levels. Each room has a bathroom and kitchenette and there is a large communal kitchen with washer and dryer. Also oven if needed.

Parking is not ideal as there isn't a car park, but there was normally a spot on the surrounding roads.

The room was perfect for me and my daughter. It had all the essential things we needed. Eg Fridge, kettle. It was close to everything we had booked. Ubers didn't cost much to the centre and tram line and shop plus cash point in walking distance. The hosts was very good at communicating from booking. The bed was very comfy. The tv was a smart tv so was easy to watch the next episode of series I'm watching. Plenty of plug sockets. Soap in the bathroom. Had an iron and ironing board.

Although there was no other room attached to our room. (It was me and my daughter who is 7) the fire doors, slammed shut. During my first night (Friday) I could hear doors shutting all through the night and this disturbed my sleep. I also paid a late fee for late check out and still had someone knocking my door at 11.30am telling me I needed to get out. (I am going to message the hosts about this personally) check out is normally 10am. There is also something else that has concerned me a tad. However I do want to deal with the hosts first. However this may change my whole review. The key lock to the front door was difficult to use and even another guest struggled. Our blind had no way of opening in our room , it would of been nice to have some natural light. The kitchen didn't have the many facilities to actually cook with.
