For this money it s been clean property , for short stays it s good .

Could not get any hot water, front door difficult to close so woken by noise every time anyone entered or left building, overflowing bins out front

The studio room was clean, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen area was also clean. Very good value for money, it's more convenient than a hotel.

The only problem I had was the shower squirted out water from a slit in the head that was broken.

good things are the mini kitchen as well as the size of the room and that's where it ends up

Unfortunately, there were more bad things. First of all, the room was not completely clean. Secondly, mega poor contact with the staff. in the shower, which was not working and in order to work you had to have another person who drained water in the toilet to get rid of water from the shower. mold in the bathroom unfortunately did everything. unfortunately we did not explain it because you did not respond to my messages on booking and on e-mail Unfortunately, I can not recommend anyone to stay in this place / as for a free parking lot it is only on the street which is often busy so very poorly

Liked the fact that the staff member who got me a room after being double booked and not being told about it found me a room close by.

Double booking me and not letting me know that there was someone else in the room that was advertised and that I paid for.

The studio was clean.

There was no hot or even warm water to wash or shower during our weekend stay. A telephone complaint received a promised response but none came. The ceiling centre light was without a lamp shade and the TV was unworkable.

It is really bad service for both hotel and booking. Theres car parking on the advertising so I asked about parking cause i have a car and staff told me there's no parking. So i decided not to go cause i need car parking. And they refuse to do the refund and communicate with me.
