Clean, comfortable, and practical. Exactly what I wanted

The ease of parking, getting into the property and Misha, was a perfect host, making sure every day, everything was ok. And was quick to respond to any messages

The apartment had everything we needed and was cleaned to a high standard. There was also a communal kitchen if we wished to do any clothes washing or use an oven. The shower was good but the area is small. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The accommodation is about a mile from the city centre so easily within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street outside if you're lucky enough to get a space.

Apart from the smell of weed from outside coming in through the window, there was constant slamming of doors late into the night as there are several apartments within the building.

Think I asked for parking and there's no actual location specific parking, BUT...the road outside is parkable and I had no problem parking. Room was fine. The blind lets in more light than I'd like but that's nitpicking. Fridge in room, so cold drinks. Bed was really comfortable - I might try and buy some of those IKEA pillows!

A bit noisy out the back - I was in room 5 which was at the back and some of the neighbours are vocal. However, it was not a massive problem for me at all and I enjoyed my stay.

The property was well equipped with a main bedroom, ensuite bathroom and kitchen. It was clean and affordable.

The hot water supply was switched off resulting in luke warm (initially) water for about 30 seconds, then cold showers. This was very annoying and devalued the whole stay. We arrived on Monday 15th July and on Tuesday 16th July, I messaged and asked how we could get a hot shower, was there a heater switch we had overlooked or even to move to another room. All I was told was that 'we are fully booked', so more cold showers. I actually asked how to get a hot shower FIVE TIMES! Eventually, on Thursday 18th July, FOUR DAYS after we moved in a lady said she would investigate and escalate to the Maintenance team. They finally switched on the hot water supply and for the first time in 4 days we had a hot shower that evening. This episode really spoilt the stay. We do not like cold showers and to have that for 4 out of 7 days is simply unacceptable. I should not have to send 5 messages regarding the lack of hot water. One should be sufficient and, frankly, the hot water should have been 'on' from the start anyway.

Clean and tidy. Situated for park and ride and city centre

Parking permits everywhere so need to be out by 9am

Really nice place, ideal for what we wanted and only 5 minutes on a tram into the centre

Could do with few more basic kitchen Utensils, ie tin opener and maybe another pan.
