The place is centrally located. Value for money. The comfort in rooms is great. Clean and well kept rooms. Staff is friendly and professional. Overall great experience.

Food was good

Horrible experience. I travel a lot and had been to many many places but this was the worst experience ever. Very tiny rooms, completely opposite of what was shown in Google photos. Room service too much delayed. No hot water at all even during cold days when it had rained heavily. When asked for it, they kept giving vague answers first, then Manager was not ready to accept that there was no hot water, then suddenly he said he himself had bathed in hot water just few minutes ago, then he said due to some issue in next room I didn't get got water, then again he said due to rains we couldn't get got water and finally after multiple requests I got lukewarm water after 3 hours (not hot water). Electricity goes off frequently and there is no generator back up hence no light, AC in room and lifts also don't work. At the time of check out even after making my payment for tea and coffee, just because of miscommunication among staff members they kept calling me even after check out and were using swear words, even though the manager checked the room himself. I had never experienced such things in any hotel till date.

The property was excellent, I had stayed for 2 night a day and the service provided was excellent. Manager Ripon was very helpful along with the other staff

Location: I won't recommend it for family only because of the location. There are few wine shops and bars in the surrounding area.

Good vicinity and easy accessible to work. Comfortable and clean rooms.
