Nice and comfortable. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Great stay and comfortable place. Staff is very professional and friendly. Also hotel is centrally located and that is a big help. Food was good. We did try food on rooftop as they have a rooftop lounge. We did had breakfast included which was great, specially south Indian breakfast. Beds were comfy and rooms had ambient light. Clean and comfortable. Overall great experience.

It is in the middle of an industrial area which is clear advantage.

I booked a standard double room. I reached the hotel. I paid. They gave me the room. While checking out, they say they gave me a suite or some superior room and that I have to pay more. They gave me the room thinking I was someone else despite taking a copy of my ID. I took the room as for me, it is just a room. Nothing special about it. The lady at the reception is very unprofessional. I had breakfast twice there as there was nothing else in that locality. The chutney went bad. The food is close to mediocre. The restaurant is dirty. You can clearly observe the negligence. Do not go with the photos you see on portals.

Great service & good stay

I was attending a conference at Dr Y. Patil Viadyapeeth. Some attendees stayed at the Doubletree Hilton, but the price was way, way over my budget. I found the TAKHT- Executive Suites on Booking with a great rating and do not regret staying there. It was less than 10 min away from the venue, and I was treated like royalty! Sanjeep, the owner, went overboard to be helpful to me. Moreover, when I left my briefcase in an Uber, he contacted the driver and drove himself to meet the driver and recover my item! WOW! What kindness!! Thank you SO much, Sanjeep! I had a clean, comfortable standard room at the back which was quiet. I was offered upon arrival a much nicer suite, but due to the difficulties in communication it was not clear what the price difference would be so I stayed in my little quiet standard room. It was not luxury, but it was clean and I was provided with a coffee machine, coffee and tea in the room. And all staff were very kind. Again, thank you Sanjeep for treating me like a queen. I would definitively stay there again. :-)

The outside of the building is not so nice. It is a very busy avenue. Also, it was difficult communicating in English with many of the staff.
