We didn't like because already we booked our room and we also get confirmed msg that your room is booked now after that we reached that hotel they didn't give a room and said that we don't have room .and also said to us that oyo is just a app don't believe that .worst experience

Hygienic, uncomfortable, no room service, no basic facility, no parking and many more. As a whole I'm totally uncomfortable. I don't understand how you can select these kinds of hotels for a family.

The hotel was very dirty from outside and the staff before taking payment was good but after that they are rude. The door lock from outside was not there. Only from inside they can be locked.... All was bad

Door locks took a proper physical exercise to open/close, ac not working, no remote for ac and tv, toilet seat damaged walls moisturized, no proper services by staff.

Service & facility every thing Stayed there only because we were there in haridwar and there was no room available at the time.
