La localisation de l'appartement et la vue sur la mer. Les 2 balcons étaient spacieux et aménagés. La petite superette en bas de l'immeuble est utile et ouverte tard. La proximité du port et de la rue piétonne.

La salle de bain était sale (cheveux dans le syphon de la baignoire) et la cuisine n'était pas vraiment équipée pour faire à manger. Il y avait des traces de pas dans l'entrée à notre arrivée.

L'appartamento si trova in un edificio mal tenuto. E' diviso in 4 ambienti collegati da un corridoio, stile anni 70. Siamo andati a Dicembre e c'era molto freddo. Nell'appartamento, contrariamente a quanto presente nelle descrizioni, NON c'è un vero riscaldamento, ma solo due split, uno in sala e l'altro in camera da letto. Bagno e cucina sono completamente al gelo. In questo periodo la temeperatura a Sorrento era di 5-6 °C. Per questo motivo abbiamo chiesto all'host informazioni riguardo al riscaldamento, poichè avevamo visto dei termosifoni. L'host ci ha risposto che NON C'ERA RISCALDAMENTO, ma solo aria calda (cioè i due split di cui sopra). Non essendo quindi possibile rimanere in un appartamento così freddo e umido, abbiamo deciso di trovare un'altra sistemazione. Abbiamo chiesto all'host il rimborso, che ci sembrava dovuto, visto che la descrizione dell'appartamento non corrispondeva alla realtà, ma ci è stato rifiutato. Abbiamo segnalato tutto a Booking parlando con tre diversi operatori e inviando mail con le conversazioni con l'host allegate, e a tutt'oggi non abbiamo avuto alcuna risposta.

The location was perfect, we walked everywhere! It was also about a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry and the trains. The local bus station was extremely close. The apartment was bigger than expected and the balcony was a great bonus! The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Paper towels and trash bags would have been great to have. But there is a convenient store to get everything we need. That's it! Still recommend.

Good location, spacious, air conditioning, comfortable pull out bed. Host we very responsive, house cleaned in middle of stay.

Spacious and comfortable apartment 10 minutes walking to the historic centre of Sorrento, old fisherman's port, next to a supermarket, located in a quiet side street with view of the sea from spacious balcony. Train station and port of Sorrento were 20 minutes away on foot. The location could not be more perfect, not being in the middle of heavy touristic areas, but literally next to those, yet in a quiet side of the town. The company that manages the apartment was easy WhatsApp message away, even organized check-in one hour earlier, which was very nice.

Everything was great, the only small downside also noted by other reviewers - the mattress in the bedroom was very soft and hard to sleep on (replacement could be considered, as many people mention it). There was no iron available, a small inexpensive, but very necessary amenity, so I ended up buying one and left it at the apartment, hopefully next guests could benefit from it.
