Nothing besides the check in

Everything else . My room was dirty and had roaches so I had to switch rooms at 2 am just to get to another room and be killing roaches the whole next day and night to the point where I didn’t even go to bed because I didn’t feel comfortable

Baby roaches, bed was stiff. Blanket wasn't comfortable was super thin. Loud music all night...

The customer service was great

Cheap cost, strong coffee

The women that work at front desk. They are new and a little rude. One didn't even want to give me a receipt and another had me trying to fix the A.C. when i told her it didn't work and I was given the same room the night before and he switched us. She just kept asking what's wrong with the room, I just said nevermind give me a refund. The older man that works at night is the best, he is polite and accommodates when something is wrong with room

I like everything about it it was clean and I have no complaints

When police came cause of my little Cousin for mistaken identity had nothing to do with me just cause of that the Mexican lady told me I had to leave and me and my kids just became homeless didn’t have no were else to go when the whole time we was staying there never caused any problems I really felt some type of way about that
