Kim should be fired!! Kim should be fired. Kim should be fired!!! She instigates and starts problems, she continuously will make up things and continue to report you repeatedly for no reason to make it impossible for you to stay there and enjoy it. Also we were banned for having the ambulance called out to check on me, and because my kids were being kids playing in the pool got a little rambunctious having fun being kids and she reported it even tho. I removed them from the pool made them sit out for a bit. Addressed the situation and wouldn't let them get back in the pool until they knew what they did wrong and calmed down drastically. At the end of the day. The kids were just excited and playing and I was on the phone sitting outside and someone else called the ambulance thinking I was in distress and they banned us for assistance being called. That's uncalled for unnecessary and unwarranted. This is the United States of America. We should be able to call the ambulance, the fire department or the police if their services are needed. If you are renting to people that are uncomfortable that the police or ambulance has been called out to the property. Maybe stop renting to crack heads and crack dealers. Then people wouldn't be so paranoid at the site of a cop or government official of any type. This is a family hotel and should be understanding and accommodating and also caring. They should care about the wellbeing of their paying customers. So their safety and health should be top priority!! Kim should be fired. Kim should be fired. She banned 3 people in a weeks time frame for bogus bullshit. She should be fired. Kicked out. Banned as well. Put on the DNR list and turned away. When you exude ugly. You get ugly in return. Kim is making your establishment look bad and giving it a bad name. I am a frequent client of local hotels. I've spent the last month on hotels. Enjoying the pools and planes by the airport.
