I don't like the fact that we had a horrible room here before and was promised a refund.....that we still.havent received 3 months after they said 15 days??? The lady,( NOT the one with short blonde hair, BAD attitude) was really nice so we decided to give it another try. Only to deal with the same exact crap......bed broken, filthy, toilet feel like a cruise ship they rock so much. Hot water is cold and cold water is hot......burned the crap out of my hand because I thought I had the cold water on! Nope hotter than you know what! Carpets were sticky, BOTH times!

Staff was friendly and the rooms was clean price of the room was not bad either.

The first room we checked into the AC didn't work the second room the AC was struggling as well the room was 94 at one point and didn't get below 78. We couldn't make it through the night it was so miserable

Honestly I would like to preface this review by saying I normally don't stay at Motels, but due to last minute booking I was forced to. The one and only thing I liked was upon check-in on Friday the Latina woman at the front desk was so pleasant and helped accommodate me to the best of her capabilities with what she had to work with and I appreciate her for that.

Everything...the pictures are very deceitful. The rooms are in need of a complete renovation or deep clean. It is so worn down and the smell of cigarettes was so strong in our original room which was supposed to be non-smoking that we had to relocate. The alternative smelled a little better but not fresh. The TV was glitchy, but with some work we got it to work. The AC was just blowing warm air and was in need of a new filter. It just filled the air with dust and possibly mold spores due to my kid having coughing fits. The mattress for the pull out couch was so filthy and there were no sheets for it, so we ended having to go out to purchase clean sheets and pillows. I know you are probably thinking, why didn't you leave...there were no refunds which I was willing to forgo, but unfortunately everything in the vicinity was sold out due to an event. So we were stuck. The stairs are falling apart and a hazard and the doors have large gaps at the bottom and around it, so whenever someone walked past it sounded like they were opening your door. Also someone broke the entire glass front to the vending machine and stole all the snacks. Not like I was eating anything but still... I could go on, but I think you get the jist.
