The staff was 10/10. They really check and ensure everything is ok, very professional and they take their job seriously. I noticed the manager was on top of everything and even picking some things from the floor to ensure the place was absolutely spotless at all times.

"They're so lovely!"

3 nights stay here wasnt enough for us since there's so many things to do in the north like rach vem village, vinwonder aquarium waterpark, safari... and the musical water show and then just come back & chill at the resort. we had a great vacation here. the hotel's staffs assisted us whenever needed, from calling a taxi, motobike rental, tours & tickets booking.

What an experience! The room, view, atmosphere relaxing. Best breakfast buffet. Their restaurant just got renovated, pretty nice. They made us feel at home, especially the manager was so accommodating, he really looked after us.
