Milana Beach Resort & Spa Phú Quốc

Bungalow was spacious, with rustic style furniture and decor. The breakfast had good variety, with some western options as well as every day changing vietnamese foods. Staff was very friendly and helpful with good english skills (mostly). The beach was lovely, clean and spaciuos. The pool was also clean. Only they could have more sunbeds. It is very quiet and peaceful place, with only some sounds from the nature during the night (plus some dogs barking and roosters making conversation at 4 am at the distance)..

The room had some mosquitos but the bed had luckily a mosquito net. The fridge was very loud so had to turn it off during the night. And it also turns off when you leave the bungalow which is a bit strange. The room did not have any hand towels which was even stranger for a 4 star hotel.. Our room had a bathtub with a shower but there was no hook on the wall to put the shower head which was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel is already 14 years old so some wear and tear begins to show everywhere. And lastly the location is in the middle of nowhere so a motorbike is a must to be able to go and do shopping or go elsewhere to eat. They can arrange this at the reception.

Loved every bit of it! Delicious versatile breakfast and beautiful location right on the beach! Pristine pool. Enough space for the guests. Very attentive and helpful staff. Thank you Trong, we hope to come back soon!

Fantastic location, great breakfast and decent rooms

Quality of food except for the breakfast. Too overpriced, too bland. Very bad cocktails as well. Other amenities such as kayaks, standing boards are in terrible condition

Nice structure well inserted into a beautiful environment, with very little impact on landscape. All essentyial services are provided. Clean beach.

Maintainance can be improved. Works in progress to enlarge the structure could jeopardize its quality and the surrounding environment

What a nice surprise! The hotel is located at the end of the beach, quiet and the view from the room was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and offer services at excellent prices (scooter rental for example). The room was very beautiful, large and really pleasant. We were able to relax and walk around the surrounding area. The swimming pool overlooks the beach, what a pleasure! You will definitely have a good stay there. Be careful, to get to the center of the “big city” you need a vehicle. Breakfast was excellent.

The price of the meals was a little excessive compared to the rest in terms of quality/price ratio.

The manager Trong was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. He was always checking the resort was running smoothly and in order. I must also mention Tam great guy. Best Pho ever for breakfast, thanks chef. Bathroom and bedroom were spacious with mosquito nets. Right on the beach which was clean and gently sloping - which is helpful when you take out the Free canoe or stand up paddle board.

The food was great but I would have liked a few more Vietnamese dishes

Stunning location between the forests and the unspoilt beach, quiet and no hassle. Often there was just us on the sandy beach, which stretched for miles. You're surrounded by nature, with a chorus of birds, cicadas and frogs! Easy to walk to a couple of nearby restaurants, though, or get a cab to the centre. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Also the infiniity pool is amazing.

The food was just okay - it was a little bland and we couldn't understand why there were no sauces (such as fish sauce) on the tables to help yourself.

We purposely booked this because it was a bit further away from the main towns. It was very serene and the staff were exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, helping us organise anything we wanted, providing recommendations… they went above and beyond! Would recommend.
