Milana Beach Resort & Spa Phú Quốc

The accommodation is in a very cool location, quiet, secluded, not crowded at all. The room is great, the beach is beautiful, there is always free space under the palm trees at the sunbeds. The staff is mostly nice.

The breakfast was good, but the restaurant is expensive and not particularly good. The massage was the worst massage I have ever had, nothing like Thai massage, just stroking, no pressure, no stretching. All of this was very expensive. In the restaurant I didn't always get what I ordered. At the first breakfast they told me that the breakfast (I had paid for) was not included in the price, which was very unpleasant. Then they checked and of course found it to be ok, but they didn't even apologize.

. Remote location and very Peaceful. Beautiful beach and pool. Would definitely go back.

Looks more tired than in pictures. Quite a few steps to some rooms so people with mobility issues need to be aware

7 days holliday in a resort that allows privacy and space. Helpful staff and easy transport for tours around island 🏝

The service here is exceptional, the staffs are constantly smiling and always eager to help us with anything. Especially the manager did help us on our flight changes otherwise we'll really be struggling.

This place is paradise on earth. I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel in all my travels . I can tell you about the fabulous beach with hammocks slung between the palm trees lining it ...the rooms with stone baths on the terraces ...the weird and wonderful nooks and crannies around the place ....the infinity pool ...the wonderful food ...but I still won't be able to paint the full picture of it . The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

It has its own private beach. Not crowded.

Couldn’t sleep well at night. Birds sound quite annoying. They don’t clean up dirty towel and plates with left over food on the chairs at the beach. One of the day, our used towels taken from the room but didn’t replace with new towels and mineral water was not provided in the room on the same day. The worker must have forgotten to replace them.

The location in on a nice, clean, secluded beach, slightly protected from sea waves. They provide complimentary kayak and stand up paddling board

It is an old property and needs to redone. The drainage system of bathroom and WC gets clogged more so in mornings. The meals seem to be over priced. One requires a scooter or taxi to move around
