Milana Beach Resort & Spa Phú Quốc

It's an ideal spot for finding peace and unwinding on a stunning sandy beach. The staffs, including those at the reception, restaurant, spa, and baggage service, were all wonderful. They treated us with great kindness and assisted us with every request. A special thanks to the restaurant team for preparing our perfect romantic dinner. I'm convinced we chose the best resort on the island and would happily return anytime.

The spacious beach gives you space and room to relax. Swimming is amazing and the whole resort has a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff is Extremely helpful and easy going in communication.

Breakfast could have a little facelift

Amazing location, relatively isolated providing great peace and quiet. However, neighbouring hotels and beachside kiosks provided the opportunity to enjoy food and drinks in different surroundings. The hotel was extremely relaxing, despite being somewhat isolated, they do not exploit that with prices which are very reasonable. They will also provide a hotel bus (small fee) to go to the supermarket to get snacks and drinks for the room. The beach is lovely and sandy, and the hotel complex is right on the beach with its own personal area. Staff were helpful, there is a varied menu - the breakfast buffet is really good. It is varied if you’re willing to explore local cuisine, but there are consistent western options available well. Food for the rest of the day is much higher quality than expected for the price.

Very little, occasionally, the staff could have been a little more cheerful, and the rooms and hotel would definitely benefit from a refurb and a higher level of on-going maintenance, although for the price it is still very good.

Nice hotel however it's completely out the way nothing around at all to the point where the hotel is the only option for food if it's late at night and you can't get anywhere else etc. The food is over priced tasteless and expensive, worst food I've had here. The beach is dirty this end and full of crabs so you can't go on the beach really, I know this isn't the hotels fault but something to bare in mind for location. Rooms are dated compared to pictures.

The location is quite far out from anywhere, this for myself and travelling companion was no issue as we wanted some quiet downtime, the location is brilliant in that respect - A taxi to the night market is around £15-20 and there is a big supermarket nearby (a short taxi ride) that is worth using to stock up on drinks and snacks. The beach is beautiful at the Chez Carol and it was just exactly what i had hoped for for a little beach time. The rooms are comfortable, clean and exactly as expected. I did keep a towel under the crack in the door to keep any unwanted slithering or crawling quests out of the room but otherwise the room kept to my expectations completely - expecially at the price paid.

On our first night we arrived late due to a delayed flight. We literally ordered a bit of food, two drinks and signed for the bill to the room. We looked round to order another drink at 10pm and there were zero staff - they had all gone home. All we wanted to do was buy a few more drinks to take back to our rooms but this was not possible - even when we managed to use a translation app with the only remaining member of staff a cleaner. We ended up getting a taxi to a supermarket and buying drinks which we then consumed for the majority of stay at the chez carole. I really recommend either having some soft drinks/beers available in an honesty system or have a member of staff available to 11pm or midnight. 10pm was just a bit early be completely closed with no other options for quests.

Come back here for the 3rd time and feels like my health been restored alot. especially their mattress helps me to easily fall asleep

Location is nice, beach is good for swimming but not for snorkeling or anything else when I was here.

Cost of transport, food and beverage, everything is doubled from anywhere else in Vietnam and they add tips automatically, not common in Vietnam. If you want to go anywhere else it’s a minimum of 45 minute walk. So basically you’re trapped to eat and drink with them. E.g bottle water 40.000 VND, breakfast 190.000 VND, diner 500.000 VND
