The owner / manager of the resort is extremely proactive in responding to queries and requests via Watts App. The overall service was excellent and whilst some of the property was a little worn and in need of some freshening up, it was located in an easily accessible, yet quiet area of the island. A really good place to stay

Staffs are not helpful and are not supportive. They alloted a room for senior citizens in the top of mountain and without any Sevice for them to travel. No emergency facilites and staffs will it help you in any situations.

If you want a relaxing quite stay in would recommend this isn't much with in walking distance but most things are a short grab ride away

The resort is starting to show its age. But they try with the upkeep . No day spa just massage in dirty outside cabana ( massage itself what great )

We just spent 2 days at Chez Carole Resort, and it was incredible. The tropical grounds are beautiful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Dinner at the restaurant was by far the best we had in the area, we tried the other resort nearby but it was too pricey and not so good.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, featuring large balconies. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and tastes excellent. The food at the restaurant was also top-notch. We visited the spa twice, and the treatments were great—slightly expensive, but reasonable for a resort
