NZLocation is excellent, the room size is good, with plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable. It has a pleasant balcony with sea views. The free laundry is a great benefit as is the free filtered water.
There is too much furniture in room 314 making it challenging to move around without banging your ankle against the protruding wooden bed base. Also we needed to move chairs to access the drawers. The room has a bad moldy smell and needs an upgraded bathroom and shower.

Room cleaning service and clean towels are an extra fee. This was not 100% clear in the booking agreement. After several days at the beach, things need a clean up. Luckily there was a washing machine on our floor. Carpet in the room could probably used replaced. Beach/carpet with out a vacuum or cleaning service are difficult to clean
USThey view is amazing. The staff is so nice. Our unit was well appointed and well maintained. Free parking garage with elevators directly to your floor.
USLocation could not be any better. Tower 1 is not on the Whaler Village side and thus avoided all the noise. It very close to the Black Rock. Also, unit 615 had the courtyard view -- so with all kinds of activities (like yoga sessions) happening from time to time, it never got boring. The ocean view from the balcony was excellent. The room was conveniently located right next to the (quiet) elevator and the laundry room. The ocean was right next to the building door. Also, the room was nice and clean. Parking was a breeze -- right under the building, and it was free.
The internet did not work well when we first got in because, as we found out the next morning from the guy who came and fixed the issue, is that the owner never updated the name of the network and the password. That is why the wifi info that the concierge gave us was different from what we really needed to use. Once the (very nice and competent) guy fixed it, it worked perfectly.
